Should Fireworks and Crackers be banned?

For recent years, most cities in China arenot allowed to light fireworks and crackers during New Year. Some people thinkthis is good for them to get away from noise. Some people, however, don’t thinkthis kind of action is acceptable. For me, I believe fireworks and crackersshould be banned. Reasons are listed below.

最近一些年，中國(guó)的許多城市都不允許在新年的時(shí)候燃放煙花炮竹。一些人認(rèn)為這么做我們可以遠(yuǎn)離噪音污染。然而，一些人卻無(wú)法接受這種禁止令。對(duì)于我來(lái)說(shuō)，應(yīng)該禁止燃放煙花炮竹。原因如下。

Firstly, fireworks and crackers can causesound pollution. It is known to all that when fireworks and crackers are set off;they will make great sound which will disturb other people who want to have arest. Especially at New Year’s Eve, we can’t go to sleep because there is toomuch noise outside.

第一，燃放煙花炮竹會(huì)引起噪音污染。眾所周知，煙花炮竹在點(diǎn)燃的時(shí)候會(huì)發(fā)出很大的聲音。這樣一來(lái)，會(huì)打擾到一些想要休息的人。特別是在除夕的時(shí)候，由于外面噪音太大，我們通常不能入睡。

Secondly, fireworks and crackers will causeair pollution. When firework is set off, it will produce lots of sulfur dioxidewhich is harmful to our environment.

第二，煙花炮竹會(huì)引起環(huán)境污染。當(dāng)燃放煙花炮竹的時(shí)候，通常會(huì)產(chǎn)生一些污染空氣的二氧化硫。

Thirdly, fireworks and crackers can causedamage. Fireworks and crackers are very easy to explosive. When people lightthem, some accident will happen. It is happened quite often that some people gethurt by lighting it.

第三，煙花炮竹會(huì)造成一些破壞。煙花炮竹容易爆炸。當(dāng)人們?cè)谌挤诺臅r(shí)候，容易發(fā)生意外。經(jīng)常可以看到很多人在燃放的時(shí)候受傷。

All in all, fireworks and crackers do lotsof harm to people so we shouldn’t set off fireworks and crackers. On the contrary,we can celebrate our holiday by other ways instead of setting off firework.

總之，煙花炮竹會(huì)對(duì)人們產(chǎn)生危害。我們不應(yīng)該燃放煙花炮竹。相反的，我們可以選擇其他一些方式來(lái)替代燃放煙花炮竹來(lái)慶祝我們的節(jié)日。
