Let It Go

Sometimes, we may feel uncomfortable and unhappy. However, what makes us so upset on earth? There are different reasons for different people. When we are sorrowful, we should tell ourselves that there are still various beauties in the world. What we should do is that we must take actions to find them.
有時候，我們可能會感到不舒服、不快樂。但是，究竟是什么讓我們?nèi)绱司趩誓兀坎煌�的人有不同的原因。在我們悲傷的時候，我們應(yīng)該告訴自己這個世界上依舊還是有很多美好的。我們應(yīng)該做的就是努力地尋找。

When we get into trouble, we always tell ourselves that we can't cry, because crying is not useful for us. And if we just cry and don't do anything, we will become more passive. Although crying can't solve any complicated problems, and maybe we will get a terrible mood finally, crying can give us a release, and it is helpful for us. So what I want to say is that we should follow ourselves emotions. When we indeed want to cry, we shouldn't limit ourselves to avoid crying. Please just give ourselves a space where we can be loyal to our heart and we don't need to think over any meaningless things. Thus, we can let ourselves get a peaceful environment. Don't suppress our inner emotions. Just let it go.當(dāng)我們陷入困境的時候，我們總是告訴我們自己我們不能哭，因為哭是沒有用的。如果我們僅僅就是哭，不做任何其他事情的話，我們會變得更加消極。盡管哭不能夠解決一些復(fù)雜的問題，而且最終還會讓我們的心情更加糟糕，但是哭泣能讓我們有所發(fā)泄，這是對我們是有所幫助的。所以，我想說的就是我們應(yīng)該放縱自己的情感。當(dāng)我們的確是想要哭的時候，我們不應(yīng)該壓抑自己而不去哭。請給我們自己一個空間吧，在這個空間里，我們能夠忠于自己的心，并且我們也不要再去思考一些無用的事。這樣，我們就能夠獲得平靜心態(tài)。不要壓制我們內(nèi)心的情感。順其自然吧。

Also, when we meet some situations that we have tried our best to solve, but the result is that we can't change anything, then we should have a consciousness of "Let it go". Maybe we are not willing to give it up, but we must realize that if we always make great efforts, but we still can't gain the satisfactory result, we should convince ourselves not to insist on it. Let us acquire a great mood, and just let it go. Because we are not regretful, we have experienced it.還有就是，在我們遇到一些情況，這些情況是我們已經(jīng)盡我們最大的努力去解決，但是結(jié)果卻是我們無能為力，這個時候，我們應(yīng)該有一個“隨他去吧”的意識。也許我們不愿意放棄，但是我們必須意識到如果我們總是花了大量的努力去做，但是不能夠得到滿意的結(jié)果的時候，我們應(yīng)該說服自己不要在堅持了。讓我們心情好些吧，就隨他去吧。因為我們不會后悔，我們已經(jīng)經(jīng)歷過了。

In a word, for some things, we should hold that attitude of "Let it go". However, the premise is that we have done our best for them, and we have gotten some significant experience from them. Thus, we can learn more knowledge and have a good mood.總而言之，對于一些事情，我們應(yīng)該持“隨他去吧”的態(tài)度。然而，前提就是我們已經(jīng)盡了我們最大的努力，我們也獲得了重要的經(jīng)驗。這樣，我們就能夠?qū)W到知識并且有一個好心情。
