The Best Way to Stay Healthy

It is true that nowadays people are becomingincreasingly aware of the importance of health. However, different people havedifferent ways to keep healthy. For instance, some people exercise every day tochase or keep a good body shape; others try to keep a balanced diet. In mypoint of view, i think the best way to stay healthy is the combination ofproper physical exercise and a balanced diet. The reasons can be listed asfollows.

  現(xiàn)在人們變得越來越注重健康的重要性,這是不爭的事實(shí)。然而,不同的人有不同的方法保持健康。例如,有些人每天運(yùn)動,追求護(hù)著保持姣好的身形;其他人就會保持飲食均衡。在我看來,我認(rèn)為保持健康的最好方法是結(jié)合適當(dāng)?shù)捏w育運(yùn)動和均衡的飲食習(xí)慣。原因如下。

  Forone thing, physical exercise not only builds a person’s body, but also helps toreduce his or her unnecessary fat. Indeed, this is very important since theredundancy of fat has been medically proved to be a cause of various disease,some of which are even fatal, like diabetes or hyperglycemia.

 第一,體育運(yùn)動不僅能夠健碩身體,同時也能幫助人們減去不必要的脂肪。的確,這非常重要,因?yàn)獒t(yī)學(xué)證明肥胖能夠?qū)е潞芏嗉膊。行┦侵旅模裉悄虿』蛘吒哐?br />
  Foranother, a balanced diet can provide a person with the right kind and amount ofnutrition which is required for the operation of our organs. As we know, amultitude of elements are effective in keeping our body running properly and adeficiency in any of them will result in some uNPRedictable disease, but abalance diet may prevent this from happening.

 第二,飲食均衡能夠提供人體必需的營養(yǎng)成分,這能保證人體器官的正常運(yùn)作。我們都知道,人體正常運(yùn)作需要多種元素起作用,如果缺失它們,可能會導(dǎo)致不可預(yù)測的疾病,但是飲食均衡能夠防止這類事情發(fā)生。

  Itgoes without saying that the best way to stay healthy is taking proper physicalexercise plus living on a balanced diet. In a word, both physical exercise andproper diet are essential to health.

 理所當(dāng)然的,保持健康的方法就是適當(dāng)?shù)剡M(jìn)行體育運(yùn)動加上飲食均衡。總而言之,體育運(yùn)動和健康飲食對健康非常重要。
